Ardit Curri coordinates and supervises every aspect of the restaurant, from the gastronomic project to the hospitality experience.
Works in close synergy with the kitchen and the dining room, maintaining
coherence and identity of San Martino 26, whose history he has known since day one.
Elvis Dedi - Chef
Born in 1994, originally from Albania, he has gained experience in Italy and abroad that has shaped a precise, technical and profound cuisine.
Since 2023 he has been at the helm of the gastronomic proposal
of San Martino 26.


Filippo Restelli - Sous Chef
Young and motivated, he has carved out his own path by moving from Alma to important Italian kitchens.
He is the right-hand man of chef Dedi, sharing his vision and rigour.
